1.0 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering, accessing, or using the Gym, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the services offered by the Gym.

2.0 MEMBERSHIP

2.1 Membership is open to individuals who are at least 4 years old. Any child under the age of 18 may join but require consent from a parent or guardian.

2.2 All memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

2.3 Memberships may be suspended or terminated at any time by the Gym, without notice, for violation of these terms and conditions.

3.0 GYM RULES

3.1 All members must comply with the Gym’s rules, which may be amended from time to time. The Gym reserves the right to change the rules without prior notice.

3.2 Any failure to comply with the Gym rules may result in the termination of membership.

4.0 LIABILITY

4.1 While the Gym will take reasonable steps to ensure the safety of members, all members participate in Gym activities at their own risk. The Gym is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.

4.2 Members are responsible for ensuring that they are physically capable of participating in the activities offered by the Gym and should seek medical advice if necessary.

5.0 EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES

5.1 All equipment and facilities must be used in a proper manner and left in a tidy condition after use.

5.2 Any damage caused to the equipment or facilities by a member may result in the member being liable for the cost of repair or replacement.

6.0 PERSONAL DATA

6.1 The Gym will collect, use, and store members’ personal data in accordance with the UK’s data protection laws.

6.2 The Gym may use personal data for the purposes of managing memberships, providing services, and for its legitimate business interests.

7.0 CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Gym reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members in writing.

8.0 GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
