1. Returns and Refunds Timeline:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • After 30 days, items are not eligible for refund or return.

2. Return Address:

  • All returned items should be sent to Leeds Martial Arts at the following address: Alexandra Mills, Baker St, Morley, Leeds LS27 0QH

3. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:

  • Items can only be exchanged if they are damaged due to manufacturing issues or are defective.
  • No returns or refunds will be accepted for shin pads.

4. Return Shipping:

  • If you wish to return a product, the buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • Alternatively, you can drop off the item at our gym in person to avoid shipping costs.

5. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at 0113 252 0777 with your order number and reason for return.
  • Pack the items securely and include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.
  • Ship the item to the provided gym address.

6. Inspection and Processing:

  • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 – 10 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
